What personal data do we process?

TEXTURA processes personal data that website visitors voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email. This may include, in particular, the visitor’s name, email address, company or organisation name, and the content of their enquiry or correspondence.

Web server logs may also contain technical data, such as the visitor’s IP address, the time of the request, information about the browser used, and other information necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

Data submitted through the contact form or by email is used to respond to enquiries, provide information and quotations regarding our services, and communicate with clients or potential clients.

Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis for processing personal data is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or TEXTURA’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting necessary business correspondence.

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention of personal data

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to an enquiry, communicate with a client, provide a service, or comply with legal obligations.

Koko Analytics is configured in cookieless mode and does not store analytics cookies on visitors’ devices. To distinguish between visitors, technical data, including the IP address and browser user-agent information, is processed but is not retained as analytics data. The website and its technical components may use technical cookies or other technical means necessary for the operation of the website. These are not used to create advertising profiles of visitors.

If TEXTURA introduces marketing cookies or other tracking technologies requiring consent in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, visitors’ consent will be obtained before such technologies are used.
